The 2016 Annual Latino Scholars Breakfast, held March 30, 2016 at the Robert Treat Hotel, Newark, NJ, was an outstanding success.
The morning began with classical renditions of music from Latin America beautifully played, and with impressive precision, by Hector Falcon and Fatima Aaziza, second violin and violinist with the New Jersey Symphony Orquestra.
We were joined by many of our program supporters including Ambassador Phil Murphy, Ed Richardson, Executive Director NJEA, and many others, to celebrate our honorees and Latino Scholars who, this year, have graduated and/or are entering graduate school.
